From quote to delivery — here's what to expect

The four stages of your shipment
Every shipment follows the same basic sequence — from quote to delivered.

Book & Pay Securely
Confirm your quote and pay the deposit online. Your booking is locked in and confirmed immediately. We accept all major cards — no ACH delays.
We Dispatch Your Vehicle
We post your shipment to our carrier network and find the best available carrier for your route, timing, and transport type. You'll receive dispatch confirmation with carrier details.
Pickup, Transit, Delivery
The carrier picks up your vehicle and transports it to the destination. Both pickup and delivery require a signature and condition inspection. We follow up to confirm safe delivery.

Stage 4 — Transport & Delivery
- At pickup: the carrier arrives, completes a condition inspection (Bill of Lading), and loads your vehicle.
- In transit: you can contact the carrier directly for status updates.
- At delivery: the carrier delivers your vehicle. Inspect it against the pickup Bill of Lading before signing.
- Note any new damage on the delivery document BEFORE the driver leaves — this is essential for any claim.
